Exercise

The moving

There are many reasons to exercise:

  • Longevity
  • Live pain free
  • Positive impact on mental health
  • Injury prevention
  • Metabolic health
  • Hormone control

I would fully endorse all of them and happily go and grab some amazing statistical analysis to back these up. For this reason alone people should exercise and be physically active. However there are many more benefits:

  • Opportunity to get out in nature
  • Self improvement
  • Time alone
  • Time with community

I exercise most days and it is probably the most important pillar in this framework. For me it is what drives all the others. This pillar will try and explain how people can exercise regularly and how they can plan their time and provide a framework for building strong metabolic health and enjoyment.
