Health and fitness is for everyone from the elite athlete to... most other people!
For maximising benefit there is a sea of information and advice available to help and possibly confuse. Magpie aims to take the best advice, the best science, the best learning and provide a common sense interpretation to the athlete who may not be at the elite level, may be a little older, may be coming from a low base of fitness but still wants to participate and enjoy. Providing a framework and tools so we can all make the best of our potential.
